FITASC SELECTION PROCESS
After reviewing the current process, the board has made the decision to change the FITASC selection. This is due to the number of people shooting the discipline decreasing and the increasing costs. The board feel that the following process will help both shooters and the grounds whilst still resulting in selecting the best team possible.
The Team for the FITASC Home International will no longer be determined by 4 selection shoots but rather by ranking on a predetermined date from scores gained at CPSA registered FITASC sporting grounds.
The shooter must submit 4 x 100 registered target scores from 3 different grounds, this can be from any CPSA FSP registered ground.
The scores must be submitted from the period 1st March 2023 – 1st August 2023 to allow adequate time for team selection and to obtain relevant permits if necessary.
When the scores are submitted, the scores are calculated on points from High Gun, those with the lowest points will go through to the England Team.
The deadline for submitting these scores is Midday on 2nd August 2023.
Those interested in representing England please submit your expression of interest / 4 scores via the England Team FITASC web page.
