Vacancy at Hereford and Worcester Shooting Ground (Formerly, Westley Richards and William Powell Shooting Ground - located between Redditch and Bromsgrove)
An opportunity has arisen for a person to join the small, dedicated team at HWSG. The full range of clay pigeon shooting activities are offered at the shooting ground to include individual shooting lessons, corporate events of up to 70 people and there is a very active club membership who enjoy shooting the ever changing course on a regular basis.
We are looking for a self-motivated member of staff to join the grounds team. Suitable training will be given to the successful candidate where the job will entail assisting with course setting, landscaping and maintenance of the grounds. Some heavy lifting work will be required as equipment and supplies are moved around the site.
Long term, there is a possibility for the successful candidate to learn about Gunsmithing and to become involved with Shooting Tuition or to have duties in the onsite retail, well stocked shop.
