Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship Success

The CPSA is delighted to celebrate the success of the Fujairah Mountain Shooting Championship, a unique event made possible by the vision and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah. A truly spectacular 240 target course set in the mountain park of Fujairah with George Digweed MBE & Phil Gray as shoot ambassadors & target setters for the championship.

We were proud to support this world-class competition alongside British brand sponsors Eley Hawk Ltd and Promatic Traps, both of whom played a key role in making the event a success.

Credit to the talented course setters James Bradley-Day, and Owain Jones from West-Midlands SG, as well as Tom Betts, who provided invaluable support throughout and delivered an unforgettable range of targets and shooting experience for all the competitors. We also acknowledge the dedication of the many British referees who officiated, including Josh Foot, our CPSA Championship Head Referee. Additionally, Steve Williams delivered a CPSA ESP referee course during the event, further supporting the development of refereeing expertise, promoting and developing our sport.

It was fantastic to see so many British shooters in action, many of whom are familiar faces at our domestic competitions. Their performances on this international stage showcased the talent within the UK clay shooting community. Congratulations ultimately go to Overall High Gun Enrico De Tomasi! The presence of CPSA CEO Iain Parker at the event reaffirmed our commitment to engaging with and supporting the international clay shooting community. We extend our sincere thanks and congratulations to all involved and look forward to supporting future editions of this event.
