Director Elections 2021
The deadline for nominations was 4pm on Friday 6th November 2020, at which point Civica Ltd, acting as Electoral Officer, advised the following nominations had been received:-
South East Region Director – Peter Saich
North Region Director – John Leightley
National Director – One Year – Jaymie Sole
In accordance with the Articles of Association no ballot will be necessary for the above three positions that are uncontested, so the above nominees are duly elected unopposed. They will take up their roles immediately after the AGM to be held at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LD, on Saturday 20th March 2021.
Jaymie Sole National Director – One Year, will be co-opted to the board immediately as this position is currently vacant.
National Director – Three Year
This position is being contested and a ballot will therefore take place in accordance with our Articles of Association in due course.
I would like to recognise and thank all of those who put themselves forward to take on these directorship posts, at a time when nothing is straightforward or easy and when the need for sound governance and direction is, perhaps, more vital than at any other time in the company's history.
