English Open Super Sporting & Sportrap 2024 (Day 3)
Another fabulous start to Day 3 of the CPSA English Open Super Sporting and Sportrap at Barbury. It seems that summer has finally arrived!!
The prize draw started the morning, with a live random number generator picking Jonathan Bennett & Chloe Applin (after Jason Gibson generously gave his prize back into the draw) as the lucky winners of a fantastic set of Teague chokes from Teague Precision Chokes, Roger Carter a great Swatcom cartridge bag, and Max Daniel 250 cartridges from Baschieri & Pellagri
Top score on Day 3 on the Super Sporting was 96 ex 100 from four shooters, Phil Gray, James Bradley-Day, both in AAA Class and Max Tarr and Sean Gamblen in AA Class but on the penultimate day of the SSP championship, Mark Winser's 98 still heads the leaderboard with Sam Green on 97.
High score of the day on the Sportrap was also from James Bradley-Day with an excellent 94 ex 100 but Mark Bowes is still in the lead with his score of 95.
