Fred Thornley 1950 - 2022
We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Fred Thornley on the 13th December 2022.
Fred shot in both the England OT & ABT teams and was also a GBR team UT shooter and we extend our sympathies to his family and friends and all those who enjoyed shooting with Fred over the years.
His funeral is on Monday 23rd January at 11.30am at St Marys Church, Peel Lane, Astbury, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 4RQ followed by refreshments at Cloudside shooting ground, CW12 3QG. There will be a shotgun salute at Cloudside so anyone with a shotgun is welcome to bring it along and join in the salute.
