Paul Ellis obituary
We regret to state that Paul Ellis sadly passed away on the 22nd November.
Paul was a valued member of the Cheshire clay shooting circuit and is remembered in the following tributes:
"It is with deep sadness that we have lost a great shooter and friend Paul Ellis. He will be missed very much by many of us in the shooting community.
Paul was a true gentleman who always had time for people. He helped many with their shooting, was a great member of the Cheshire CCPSS squad travelling the country to compete for them and Cheshire CPSA had the benefit of his wisdom and sharp wit for many years as the Sporting Team Manager, County Committee Member and Competitor. Paul gave his time freely to coach the Ladies Clay Shooting League at numerous events held at different grounds.
We have been inundated with messages of condolence and support and would like to thank you all for your kind words and to pass on our thoughts and heartfelt condolences to Pauls family at this difficult time."
