Electronic Proxy Voting for the CPSA AGM
With the success of electronic voting forms last year, we are continuing the use of electronic voting forms for the CSPA AGM this year, on 21 March 2020. We have appointed Civica (previously The Electoral Reform Services Ltd) to manage this voting process on our behalf. As a result there is no requirement to include a hard copy voting form with the March issue of Pull!.
On 17 February you will receive an email from support@cesvotes.com containing instructions on how to cast your proxy vote online. If the CPSA does not hold an email address for you on file, a letter will be sent to your address containing instructions on how to cast your proxy vote. The letter should have arrived by 2 March.
