Hampshire Clubman Classic League 2018
The penultimate leg of the Hampshire Clubman series took place on Saturday 21st July at Gosport & Lee on Solent CTC. The Club set a challenging yet entertaining shoot over 9 stands with the slightly lower scores all round reflecting this and only a handful shooting 50 plus ex 70. Two G & L shooters Jackson Edwards and Jamie Dunn battled it out for the top spot with Jackson taking the High Gun honours with 55 ex 70.
This helped the home team to a resounding top ten team victory with 516 ex 700 pushing the current Leaders Wallers Ash into second place on the day with 493 ex 700 and sets us up nicely for the final shoot on the 11th August at Acorn Shooting Ground. Please remember this shoot is from midday onwards.
