Gold Medal Success For Aaron Heading
Aaron Heading has continued England's medal spree at the Commonwealth Shooting Federation Championships in Australia by claiming Gold in the Men's Trap.
After shooting 119 ex 125 in qualification, Aaron beat Welshman Michael Wixey in a shoot-off to progress to the final in first place.
From there it was no looking back for Aaron, who went on to shoot 45 ex 50 in the final to win Gold with a three point cushion over Michael in second place. Australian James Willett was back in third place on 33.
In the Women's Trap Ellie Seward finished qualification on 59 ex 75, whilst Rachel Parish finished on 56.
