England Olympic Trap Team Manager Position
Following the recent resignation of the current Olympic Trap Team Manager, Gary McCann, we are looking for a suitable replacement to take on the role from 1 January 2021.
This appointment will be for a three-year period (2021-2023), during which time there will be regular support and review from the Board. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a team, or shooting for England. Length of time as a member of the CPSA.
Any CPSA qualifications held.
Previous shooting experience.
Any other relevant experience.
Any letters of support from fellow shooters.
Desirable attributes:
Having been a member of an England Team.
Good administration and organisational skills.
Experience of speaking in public.
Management experience.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Appropriate appearance and demeanour consistent with the responsibility of the position.
