Herefordshire & Worcestershire AGM moved to 15 May

Please see the following message for Herefordshire & Worcestershire members of the CPSA from County Chairman Rod Davies:

Dear Members of Hereford & Worcester CPSA,

You will be aware that we were going to hold the John Hadley Memorial Shoot and our AGM on Saturday 6th February, with a meal at the March Hare before the AGM, however after some discussions and thought it has been decided to postpone the AGM and John Hadley Shoot until Saturday 15th May at Park Farm. 

We will then hopefully be able to hold the AGM at Park Farm in the outdoor barn after the shoot.

Sadly, we don't feel it appropriate to hold the meal due to the indoor location.

This is only a draft date at the moment as we will need to monitor the Covid situation.

All post holders on the committee will remain in place until the AGM takes place and we will be holding telephone, Zoom and email meetings to get a fixture list sorted out for 2021.
