Our 2024 Clubs and Grounds Initiative:

Your Chance to Win a Promatic Falcon 8 Trap & 9,750 Clays!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest initiative, the Clubs and Grounds Campaign, sponsored by Promatic and CCI Clays. This initiative is designed to encourage CPSA-affiliated clubs to bolster our community by bringing in new memberships.

Participating clubs and grounds have the opportunity to win a Promatic Falcon 8 Trap plus a pallet of 9,750 CCI Clays, an exceptional prize worth approximately £7,000*. To qualify clubs must successfully recruit a minimum of 10 new members during 2024. The CPSA-affiliated club that achieves the highest number of new memberships above this quota will be the winner.

*The Breakdown of the Prize:

• Trap: £2,500 inc VAT
• Clays: £1,000 inc VAT
• Clay Sales: 9,750 x 36p = £3,500

How to Participate:

1. CPSA-affiliated Clubs and Grounds must apply to CPSA HQ for a unique referral code. Please contact richard@cpsa.co.uk
2. Encourage your club members to join us, emphasizing the great benefits of becoming part of the CPSA community.

Why Join CPSA? There are numerous benefits for individuals joining the CPSA:

• CPSA members are insured with up to £10 million Public Liability Insurance, potentially reducing a ground's liability risk.
• Full members gain entry to registered competitions, contributing to increased participation and revenue for your business.
• New member referrals are eligible for commission under our CPSA Commission Scheme (subject to T’s & C’s).

Important Dates:

• Initiative Launch: 1st January 2024
• Campaign End Date: 31st December 2024

T's & C's:

1. The competition runs from 1^st January 2024 to 31^st December 2024 with a first prize only of one Promatic Falcon 8 Standard trap plus a pallet (9,750) of CCI standard clays including delivery.
2. Entry is only open to CPSA Affiliated Clubs & Grounds (Affiliated, Registered, Premier & Premier Plus) within the UK.
3. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. Clubs and Grounds will be automatically entered by referring new members to the CPSA using their unique referral code (available upon request from CPSA HQ). To qualify clubs must successfully recruit a minimum of 10 new members during 2024. The CPSA-affiliated club that achieves the highest number of new memberships above this quota will be the winner.
4. New members (to include members re-joining after having lapsed for any length of time over 3 months) will be recorded over the 12-month period with the winning club or ground announced in January 2025.
5. Any free memberships will not be included in the scheme.
6. Winners must be located in the UK (excluding N. Ireland).
7.  Only eligible entrants are eligible to win i.e. current CPSA Club and Ground members. New or Lapsed Clubs and Grounds can enter at any point during 2024 when they join or renew their membership.
8. Prizes have no alternative cash value.
9. The CPSA will attempt to contact the winner within a reasonable time after the closing date of the competition. In the event of a tie(s) with the number of referrals, the winner will be determined by the value of the memberships generated. The winner will first be contacted by email, if no response is received within three working days, then an attempt will be made to contact them by phone within the next week. If no response is received within thirty days from the first email, then the prize will be considered void. No re-draw will take place.
10. Entrants agree that, by entering, if they win their name can be announced in relation to winning, including, but not limited to, on CPSA social media channels, CPSA e-mail newsletters, CPSA marketing materials, the CPSA’s Pull! magazine, CPSA press releases, the CPSA Website.
11. Winners will be contacted to arrange for distribution of their prize as soon as possible.
12. The CPSA reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
13. The competition is governed by English Law.
